Geek Squad complaint: Dishonest customer support

My complaint:

I purchased a New LG washer, Dryer and Dishwasher in November for a Christmas gift to my wife, When I purchased these online these items were available for delivery, I then got notified that the first delivery appointment would not make Christmas but 3 days later, I agreed to the 11-29th date. On 11-28th I received a text that ed my appointment time was between 07:00am and 1:00pm. At 1:28pm I called the best buy team and was told that the delivery service never picked up my items, I was then told that they would make my appointment priority and would deliver my items on Saturday January 3rd. Saturday came and at 2:00pm I called and found out that I never had a delivery appointment for January 3rd as the Geek Tech assured me. They then informed me that my items would now be delivered on January 10th between 07:00am and 1:00pm
Yesterday January 10th I took another day off of work and at 1:30 called the Geek squad support and was told that the delivery driver was just finishing up at a location 40 minutes from my home and that they were on there way. At 3:30pm. I called back and was informed this time that they could not get in touch with the driver and that they were emailing there dispatch and would call me back. at 4:30pm I reached out again, this time I was told that both previous Geek Squad Customer services reps, Lied to me, That the items that I bought back in November were never delivered to there warehouse, To make this up to me, She informed me that she would give me $750.00 and refund it to me and then send me a gift card for $100.00. I agreed to this until this morning when I found out that she was not giving me a refund, All she did was take off one of my items that I paid $798.00 for. This morning January 11th, I reached out to Best Buy to speak with a Manager, I was told that the manager on call today was on another call and was placed back on hold. 22 minutes later, Best Buy sent me to a voicemail and then hung up on me.

Suggested solution:

They need to be honest to me, They need to honor the money they promised to refund me and still deliver the products that I ordered, They need to refund me the 3 days I took off work sitting waiting for the delivery, they need to refund me the costs associated with there lies, I spent the last 5 weeks running my clothes to a laundry mat to just have clean clothes that cost me almost $400.00
