Frontier Airlines complaint: Scanned boarding pass, but was denied entry

My complaint:

I am appalled at the service I received at the Las Vegas Frontier airport. I was flying from ONT – PHL, with a lay over. I scanned my boarding pass, and then I was stopped to put my bag in the bin, which I did, and was told I had to wait for a woman to if I can go in. While I was waiting, nobody answered me if they would close the doors without me. Frustrated, I was waiting for the woman who had to “approve” my bag size. With all of this, I said I would pay for my bag. Right when she came, she didn’t even look at my bag and said the doors are closed and I “missed my flight.” I would like to emphasize, I said I would pay for my bag 2-3 times. I was then redirected to book the next flight, with little options. I chose not to get on this flight as there was another lay over and I was on a time constraint. I was told this was a “supervisor” who had no form of supervisor behavior. This was a horrible representation of Frontier airlines. I did not even get a refund, let alone any form of compensation. I vaguely remember her name starting with “A” anna, maybe. I was there waiting the whole time, willing to pay for my bag, while being addressed rudely and with unacceptable behavior.

Suggested solution:

By compensating for the ticket, time lost, and the purchase of another ticket from a different airline (American airlines). I would also like Frontier to address the rude behavior presented from their supervisor.
