My complaint:

o whom it may concern at Frontier.

On June 20th, I took a group flight of 13 people with me to Punta Cana on Frontier flight 66. My reservation number is T4FDNR. My name is Gerald Burton.

On the going out flight, the young lady at the counter recognized that I have a lot of equipment on my leg which helps me stand. I am handicap. I also had it on my reservation that I needed a wheel chair, which also dictates I am handicap.

Well the young lady was polite enough to put me in the second row where I would have more leg room. I thank her for that.

On the return flight 67, June 27th, it was the worse experience I ever had on any airline.

Ist, they get me a wheel chair and roll me down to the lower level gate 27. Then they announce a gate change to gate 20. We had to find a person to roll me back to gate 20. The person that came and got me work for Frontier. They park me at the gate and left.

I went to speak to the lady at the counter that work Frontier after I notice my seat was 7b. I ask her about the leg room between 7th row and 2nd row. She said there is more leg room in the second row but it was nothing they could do to resolve my issue because the plane was full. I ask how come the 1 and second row are not reserved for handicap. She told me that people purchased those seat. I excepted that until the next to problems.

2. They announced boarding and started boarding everyone except for me and left me sitting in the isle until me and some other passengers had to say something to them. Then I got help on board after they let about 30 people get on.

I finally got on and guess what? I am so cramped, I had to take off some of my handicap equipment to be seated. Then the 3rd problem happened

3. I notice the person that is sitting in the first row (4 seats she got) is with my group and didn’t pay extra for those seats. Then I was told because she could speak Spanish and is from the DR, she got special treatment. BTW, she is only about 5’7 with no health problems and so is her husband who also had a seat with her along with there 10 and 13 year old.

Handicap people should not have to buy a seat if they are available for free. If this is you policy, then you need to revisit your policies.

Thank God it was only a 2 ½ hr flight.

I hope I can get some resolution for this because this problem started long before I step foot on this flight.

You guys canceled my flight twice and put us at the latest time possible. Thanks a lot for that? NOT.

PLEASE RESPOND BACK with what you feel we can do to resolve this horrible ordeal I went through with your airline because if this is your practice, I will never fry Frontier again and will make sure everyone knows about this also.

Gerald Burton
