My complaint:

There probably isn’t enough space in this area to mention my disgust with Frontier’s personnel at the Cancun Airport. First some of us had lost bags. Secondly no one would give us information regarding our bags whereabouts. Thirdly, we were deprived of our rights to connect with our families after some of them received their baggage. We were lied to and told it was not their problem that our lost baggage wasn’t accounted for. We were denied access to returning to baggage claim after they escorted to a different area to wait for bags that they didn’t know their location.We were denied access back to the baggage area where my teenage grandaughter was waitng for us with her bags that had came on the carosel that our bags were supposed to be on . Not to mention that our transportation to our resort destination diidn’t know where we were. No one from Frontier management seemed to be concerned about our personal wellbeing. it goes without saying that I would not fly Frontier ever again and will encourage anyone considering to use a different carrier.

Suggested solution:

Of course there is no real resolution for the passengers who were treated with total disregard due to the lost baggage. They broke the TSA lock that was on my bag. To be honest a personal apology would be in order, however from the way we were treated I doubt that anyone will have the integrity to look into the disaster that occured on June 12 regarding the passengers on Frontier flight F9 155 arriving at Cancun airport at apprx
8:36 am. we were stuck in that airport for almost 3 hrs .
