Freewallet complaint: Funds held hostage

My complaint:

Freewallet froze my funds last week after accepting dozens of deposits from me over several weeks. When I tried to withdraw my funds to transfer to another wallet, they refused and locked it. They have demanded KYC, which I provided immediately. They then asked again for the same information – the KYC documents I already provided. When I said I had submitted them already, they said they’d get back to me. I have lost $3000 by having these funds locked. I have submitted all the information requested, I have reached out on Twitter, Telegram, email and elsewhere, and they continue to hold my money hostage.

Suggested solution:

Unlock my account immediately.
