Foodtown complaint: Rudeness disrespectful

My complaint:

Was waiting in line to be checked out on isle 3 and the cashier was unable to ring up a food item from the meat department. She called about three times for someone to come from the meat department to help but no one came. The cashier (Valerie) went register 1 and asked the manager (RodneyRoderick) for help. When he arrived at the checkout to assist he was very rude. He came up behind her and called her name about three times on the fourth time he yelled out her name and told her that all she had to do was ring up the items. She explained that she tried but the items wouldn’t ring up. He then went to override the items and told her that if she had a problem she should have called someone from the meat department. Which she did and he should have heard over the speaker. Valerie apologized to the customer before and to us and said that she doesn’t know why he treats her that way and that he’s always mean to her. This was my first time coming to food town and actually having a good visit until I witnessed this behavior. I have never seen a manager so openly rude to employees while customers where present! There was nothing the cashier did wrong and she was a very sweet elderly lady. Anytime my husband get upset and wants to say something to someone when being rude that’s a problem. I really hope I never see this again in this store but if I do I will not be shopping there again.”

Suggested solution:

He needs to apologize to the employee and management needs to write him up. That could’ve been my grandmother he talked to like that.
