My complaint:
Poorly stocked shelves, old bread, poorly trained employees and managers that always act like you are disturbing them if you have a question and management that does not seem to care when items are out .
Many times I’ve asked managers if they are out of milk when the shelves are empty only to discover there is pallet loads in back, same with tea then he blames it on someone else
The only good thing about foodlion’s poor service is that Ingles is only a short drive away with none of the complaints listed above.
Suggested solution:
Train their employees on how to operate a grocery store!
