My complaint:
Did some food shopping yesterday, 9/12. Was in the candy section looking twizlers, which were on the bottom shelf, located way in the back. In order for me to get to them I would have had to get on my knees. I ask the sales lady if she had a grabber to pull the candy. She said no, we don’t have that. She never suggested to help get the candy. When I went to the cashier to purchase my food, I asked to see the manager. The cashier pointed to the lady that I asked for a grabber and offered no help. She had pink braids, wore glasses and was heavy in built. I’ve gone to the deli section, asked for a pound of roast beef and a woman told me, That roast beef is very expensive are you sure that’s what you want? I told her Yes, that’s what I want, that’s what asked for. Not sure what her issue was about roast beef. AND, there is never enough of whole chickens cooked on a Sunday. Please, someone talk to your employees at this store. Where is the customer service in this store? The roast beef and the chicken happened at another time, and I said I wouldn’t go back to that Food Lion every again. But I like the location cause it’s near my home.
