My complaint:
My mother and brother went to food Lion and during checkout were verbally assaulted and threatened during check out. They had 2 carts and my brother was attacked along with my mother by this man that was mad because my brother had left the line to go get something my 82 year old mom forgot. There was almost a fist fight and the manager checking out did nothing to stop. Finally a shift manager cares enough to open another lane. No one called the police yet she told me when I called to file a complaint with her and corporate that she wanted to walk out with then for safety concerns because the guy could have been waiting for them to start up again. She lied and told me a customer walked out with them. The store is managed by incompetence and liars and they all should be fired. We will never go back there. Corporate never called back and the store called offering an apology and a gift card lol. 😂
Suggested solution:
Fire mgmt that lied and the store manager Brice that checked them out and never opened his mouth along with Devona who is a liar. Give my 82 year old mother monetary compensation for the assault !
