My complaint:

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had at your [specific location, e.g., downtown branch] Food Lion store.

On 08/30, at approximately 13:30, I interacted with one of your staff members, Angela. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and unprofessional during our interaction. Instead of assisting me with a query I had about the lottery, she dismissed my concerns and made a sarcastic remark.

Such behavior is not what I expected from a reputable company like Food Lion. I hope you address this issue to ensure that future customers do not have similar experiences.

Suggested solution:

Please add more staff on each position. Don’t let one staff look after several staff( she was observing the self check-out and the lottery station)
