My complaint:
I have a flight that is from Calgary to Frankfurt
Frankfut to mumbai
Mumbai to delhi
And there is 20 hrs layover in mumbai so I ask them I don’t want Mumbai to delhi flight I will go home myself I don’t want to board mumbai to delhi you can cancel that and I don’t even want refund for that they are charging me 350$ per passenger for this asking
Airline palenty :- 150
Flight hub handling fee :- 200
They are just harassing me by saying if I don’t board that flight they will cancel my return flight by saying no show for first flight I am very disturbed and mentally depressed by the way they are fooling people and charging fees for no reason
Suggested solution:
They should not charge unnecessary fees by harassing people I will make sure they will soon get official complaint against them
