My complaint:

1st Complaint.- Baggage information: I received an e-mail from Flight Hub on Dec 21,21 informing me that My carry-on bags were included for free, I had to pay Avianca at the airport last minute on July 4,22 for 4 carry-on bags $ 320,oo. Avianca informed us that FlighHub did not pay for this
2nd complaint.- Seats: I paid a seat Request Fee of $ 259,oo, I received a Flight Hub e-mail ation for seats 11A,11B,11C,11D,11E for 5 passengers, at the airport Avianca informed us that FlighHub did not paid requested seat and gave us seats at the end of the airplane.
On July 20 I paid Avianca $ 92.84 for two carry-on bags, the same problem as above
4th complaint: I paid $ 59.75 for Bag Assist when we arrived Quito-Ecuador, 2 bags were lost, I phoned for a few days phone provided by e-mail for FlighHub, but nobody answered me. AVIANCA took full responsibility and delivered two bags two days later, unfortunately, my son and I, had to buy clothes for these days ($ 200)

Suggested solution:

To refund the amount of $ 931.59 for service not provided, unfortunately, the embarrassment time and humiliation do not have a price
