My complaint:
I bought 2 delta tickets for a flight for new years eve.$500 each. flighthub misspelled the name on my 2nd passenger, therefore we cannot fly if the name is not corrected. spoke to customer service 100 times and they cannot fix the issue and wont refund me either. what am I suppose to do with a ticket I cannot even use?
