My complaint:

My Fiverr account was abruptly disabled due to a policy breach. I understand that Fiverr has rules and policies in place to ensure the integrity of the platform, and I sincerely apologize for any violation on my part. However, what has transpired since then has left me in a state of considerable distress and disillusionment.

I was initially informed that my funds would be held for a period of 90 days as part of the account suspension process. Regrettably, it has now been more than 120 days since my account was suspended, and there has been no communication or update from Fiverr regarding the status of my funds.

I have made several attempts to seek assistance and clarification from Fiverr’s customer support during this period. Unfortunately, my interactions with the customer support team have been extremely disheartening. Responses have been minimal, generic, and unhelpful, leaving me without any meaningful information or resolution.

As a loyal and committed user of Fiverr, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and responsiveness in this matter. The prolonged withholding of my funds has caused significant financial hardship and emotional distress. I believe that every user deserves clear communication and a reasonable resolution, especially when it concerns their hard-earned funds.

I kindly request that you take immediate action to investigate and resolve this issue. I understand that policies exist to protect the platform, but I believe that due process and fairness should also be upheld for users who find themselves in situations like mine.

Specifically, I would appreciate the following actions:

An expedited review of my account suspension and the release of my blocked funds in a timely manner.

Clear and detailed communication regarding the reasons for my account suspension and the steps I can take to rectify the situation, if possible.

Improved transparency and responsiveness from Fiverr’s customer support team to address user concerns ly.

I sincerely hope that Fiverr takes this matter seriously and works towards a resolution that is fair and just. My experience with Fiverr has otherwise been positive, and I would like to continue using the platform in a productive and lawful manner.

I kindly request a response to this complaint and a commitment to addressing the issues raised herein.
