My complaint:

My Fiverr account was disabled today and I received an email from the team about this.
The wrong side of this is that both seller profile and buyer’s profile are disabled. Even when trying to contact Fiverr support team in order to understand what is happening I still need to log in, and this is not possible once the account was disabled. So, submitting a ticket or contacting Fiverris not possible.

However, for most than 1 year or 2 my gigs were constantly blocked and the only explanation received from Fiverr was than my gigs violates Fiverr’s policies despite that my gigs were similar to other seller’s gigs – I think once they flag your account, whatever you try to create they keep disabling the gigs.

I found it very frustrating and trying to understand on what base is Fiverr discriminate users as bad as such without giving a complete explanation of why they are acting like this – they only tell you that your gigs violates their policies and nothing else. Honestly, I feel ignored and without a chance to even reply every time they decided to block a gig.

Specially if a sellers’ gigs is violating Fiverr’s policies, they should still be allowed to access the platform as buyers, I don’t understand where this discrimination is coming from.

I don’t want my Fiverr account back, because as I mentioned before, I was not using it for more than 1 year or two for any gigs as they kept disabling these, but I am looking for a honest and clear explanation and not just a generic email saying that gigs are violating Fiver’s policies without explaining how and what.

Suggested solution:

I need Fiver to explain why the buyer's profile is disabled along with seller's profile.

Fiverr should give a specific explanation on why they keep disabling one seller's gigs because when they did that once they will disable all future gigs.

I need Fiverr to explain how are my gigs violating theirs policies and not only saying that there gigs are violating those policies. If I don't know how my gigs are violating their policies I wouldn't know how to improve or fix such an issue.

I need Fiverr to explain why they discriminate, what is their excuse to display gigs that are similar to the ones they disabled for some sellers - who is responsible for that and how do they decide which gigs (very similar gigs) to be disabled and which to be displayed on their platform.

Again, I don't want my account back - Fiverr can keep it because they were blocking my gigs on continuous basis, but I think every user including me have the right to know why this is happening. For now, I only feel ignored by Fiverr.

I want to know from Fiverr where I can escalate this issue or where to place a formal complaint for this behaviour, because it is already very frustrating.

I was not sure if I have to leave my full address in the screenshot I took, and this is why I covered a part of it, probably i will be able to leave my details in the next section.

Thank you,
Adrian
