My complaint:
Good day!
I would like to raise a complaint regarding unsafe and unsecured credit card details, which can used by other person without the knowledge of the owner. It happened to me twice. I caused anxiety and insomnia because of this cases happening in your bank.
Agent also not replying immediately regarding the dispute form.
The system is very slow in regards with the action of the event.
Hoping to improved ur system were the consumer is not hesitant to use their credit cards to purchased their item online.
