My complaint:
I recently received a charge from my account in September from Klarna. I never had account with them. I called the dispute department, and was informed by the representative that another transaction from Klarna was taken from my account in April. At this time I decide to dispute both transactions, and have my debit card blocked and a new one issued. Well 5/3 ended up crediting my account, only to take the money back out 1 week later. I then contacted them and was told that because I did not dispute the transaction in April that I would not be receiving my money back from the bank. I am livid and the fact that I been with them for years. They only recommended me to contact Klarna and see if they could give me something as proof,a nd did I mention I never had an account with them.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back
