My complaint:
At least 25 dollars was stolen from my account at 5th 3rd bank. I just kept about 50 bucks in an account to use the free coin counter for free (a service you provide). I found out later that the bank considered my account dormant. It wasn’t dormant at all. I came in about once a month to count loose coins. I did not move or die so why did you mess with my account? It is not your money to play with. It must be returned immediately.
I’ve since closed the account because of your illegal actions I have accounts at Chase and Bank of America.
Suggested solution:
I want the money returned.
