My complaint:

I was a victim of identity theft and there were quite a few of unauthorized transactions in my checking account. I filed dispute after dispute only to keep being denied.. then recently 5/3 sends me a letter stating a former employee of theirs has misused my information such as my name, address , phone number, account number and most importantly social security number, they are now offering me 1 free year of identity theft protection after this huge mess has already been made almost an entire year later, but at the time of me trying to get my money back by filing disputes I was denied numerous times. Now I’m told I have to wait another 30 days after waiting almost an entire year ,so they can investigate once again. Why in the world would I once again have to wait and even trust your workers to investigate this matter, when I could just be refunded my money and not have to go to this extent because your employees felt like misusing my information during the time I tried to address this issue. Don’t you think it’s a bit late for your apologies and theft protection now that it has already destroyed my life and has happened. Stop treating me like a criminal and do the right thing as a corporation!! There was a lot of suspicious activity going on and nobody listened to me. Now look.

I want my money back ASAP!
