My complaint:

My family has been planning to attend the Women’s World Cup this summer. My wife and i and adult children. One of my daughters cannot attend but has purchased 2 tickets that she wants to transfer to my wife and I. The ticket policy does not allow her to transfer both tickets to us, she can only transfer one and as original ticket purchaser she cannot transfer the other. This policy is WRONG! You will have more issues than you can imagine if you don’t change it. I appreciate you are trying to prevent scalping, but this policy prevents legitimate transfer of tickets within a family.

Please use common sense and allow ALL tickets from an original ticket purchaser to be transfered to designated people.

Suggested solution:

Simple remove the restriction of original ticket purchasers not being able to transfer ALL tickets.

It’s MADNESS. I bought 2 tickets, both for guests, with no intention of attending. One has been automatically assigned to me without giving me a chance to assign it to anyone. Do I have to be one of the people to go to the game to buy tickets?!? Getting no answer just having the transfer T&Cs quoted back at me. I don’t need to transfer my ticket. I never had a ticket. I want to assign both tickets to someone else. It never said I had to be one of the attendees. Are they going to be asking for ID?
