My complaint:
FedEx driver attempted to deliver furniture to my home and was completely unprofessional. Weather condition was light snow. The driver pushed both boxes down my 75 yard driveway in the snow. The driver even rolled the box end over end and kicked the box with his foot. No attempt to use a dolly or hand truck and left the package in the middle of my driveway in the snow and made no attempt to care for the delivery or even ring the bell to us.
Suggested solution:
Provide this driver with the proper equipment and training.
