My complaint:

Very important documents arrived at an office I have a professional relationship with in Minneapolis MN it was agreed by both myself and the office manager that they were important enough to be sent overnight FedEx with my signature required due to how highly sensitive and confidential the documents were. Label and pick up was done by late afternoon and to make sure It was delivered by 530pm It had to be upgraded to priority overnight instead of standard overnight witch is a substantial cost increase . Was picked up by 530pm on Friday 9/22/23 Ensured its delivery by 9/23/23 1:30pm Did NOT DELIVERY TILL 9/26/23 Another person at the deliver address was to sign for it. Due to this possible confidential information was disclosed. This also had an negative impact to my family members as I stayed home all day Saturday 9/23 waiting on the envelope Then effected my employment/income because I had to be home all day Monday 9/25 for nothing. When callin FedEx Customer Service they told me they had no information and could not do anything It should show up / scanned in there system in the next day or 2 to call back if it didn’t. This is unprofessional and services were clearly false advertised at my expense.

Suggested solution:

No there is no complaint department and because i was not the business that created the label they basically said they would do anything for me.
