My complaint:
I sent my package with Evri on Jan 20 and the latest update that I have from Evri’s tracking service was from the evening of the same day – no updates since then. There is no email so enquire about the lost package, there is no support agent to speak to – their chat and automated phone number doesn’t give any details, other than it was delayed by 5 days. I don’t know what to do and there is no customer support on Evri’s side, it’s an awful experience.
Suggested solution:
They should have either a live agent or a support email to help me resolve my issue. They don't offer neither
