My complaint:
I contacted the company on the 1st December to cancel my membership. I received a reply email from the company as acknowledgment of the request. An authorised payment was then taken at the start of January. I contacted them again at the start of January and again received an acknowledgment email. The company the. Took another payment at the start of February. I contacted them again about the unauthorised payments. I posted a review on Trust Pilot and they finally ed my cancelled membership but have not responded or acknowledged the unauthorised payments. I would like a refund for the two unauthorised payments as requested several times.
