My complaint:

Dear Sir,Madam, My nephew Yousuf Mehboob Khan who is Etihad’s Platinum member his number is 100101956275. bought two tickets one for me and one for my brother Safi Khan. We were supposed to fly on April 18,2023. A day before our departure we received ation letter that everything is OK. On April 18th we reached airport about 3 hours before flight. The lady on the counter had been looking and did not find our ed tickets at all. We had to leave airport and come back home when counter was closed.When we come back home then we received an email from airline that everything is OK and tickets had been ed.That email came about 22 minutes before the flight’s departure time. We were home and there was no way we could have taken that flight. How angry,devastated and confused we were no one could imagine.. We had to reschedule our ticket because of which we could not attend a family wedding and missed our Eid deliberation. Dealing with customer service people was another horror story. If you call customer service the people on the other end are so ignorant. They and their accent is so strange you do not understand what they are saying. They are not trained and do not know how to solve the problems. I took us four days to rescheduled our ticket. .Thank you for your attention we will see what you will do against what we had gone through.I am attaching all proofs. I could not send you every thing. I will send you another email with attachments.
