Etihad Airways complaint: Non Cooperation from Etihad airlines staff.

My complaint:

With reference to booking number (GHEWFV) was supposed to travel from Riyadh to Karachi with my family today(7-10-2022), 6 passengers.

I requested assistance in my booking for my father due to his old age, the staff at Air Port didn’t allowed my father to board and keep insisting to provide etihad format medical filled form signed by doctor that he is safe to fly, while I explained them that i requested wheel chair just to make it easy for him since he is 72 years old.

Finally I have to board 4 passengers out of total 6 and I have to stay with my father, now I have booked flight to Karachi from another Air line and am traveling with my father seperatly due to very bad attitude from etihad air line which caused us a lot of panic and mental physical stress I feel I made a big mistake to request an assistance.

Also I never received any notification or email to provide any medical certificate or health clearance for my father while I requested wheelchair assistance so this also need to be considered..!

I also called helpline and they also ed that there is no such rule and they must allow your father to travel but all invain.

I have already faced a lot of trouble now etihad should at least compensate my these two tickets, while the panic I have bared along with my family and old father is costless.

Suggested solution:

They should compensate the tickets we didn\'t used.

Since I and my father arrive Pakistan thorough an other airlines, but have return ticket from Etihad so it should remain valid as well.
