My complaint:

I have been a regular traveller with Etihad that used to be a very prestigious and high ranking airline. But , after a break of about 3/4 years I booked my return flight from Barcelona to Islamabad on 22 May 2023 which was/ is a bad experience for me.
I missed the flight for the reasons not relevant here. I sent a number of emails on different links of the airline I e Etihad guest and business resolutions etc but I found them very non accommodative in as much as they kept me rolling from one link to other without touching my grievance what to talk about it’s redressal. I wanted to know about status of my ticket as to whether or not it was refundable in circumstances because I am a 65 senior citizen and was not updated/ reminded regarding my flight in any way. Rather, still they are not telling me anything about it.

I am tired and fed up with their irresponsible behaviour. My travel agent gave me dubious and vague information that my ticket had been cancelled, but the airline is also avoiding to clarify the situation. I sent them the copy of my ticket as well with email but of no avail. Very hopeless, pathetic and poor, what else I can say or do.
If any one at the helm of affairs still feels that it’s not fair, he can retrieve my emails from their system and if they are unable to trace my emails, then it is of no use to send them fresh emails and to go through the same agony. May almighty Allah guide us the right way. Ameen.

Suggested solution:

They should compensate me for my unused ticket or at least let me know the factual position of my ticket as the travel agent is reluctant in this regard.
