My complaint:
Epic games has an unused email on file which I have no access to. I spoke to support answered all their questions and provided them receipt proof of my access to the account, because I use my PSN account to sign in. They told me they would be able to help me which I have all the proof of that and then later they closed the ticket by accident. I reach out again they continue to tell me they cannot help me. I ask to speak to a manager and they ignore me.
Suggested solution:
To update the email to the one I use and have access to or allow to me unlink my PSN account from the epic games account so I can create a new one.
