My complaint:

The Pollo Loco chicken is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The taste is amazing and it is one of the healthier choices when it comes to fast food.

I never complain about fast food restaurants, because it is fast food. However, because I like the Pollo Loco chicken and because my local branch 3290 W. Shaw Ave, Fresno CA 93711 repeatedly makes the same error, over and over again, I feel the need to bring this to your attention.

I always order Legs and Thighs. Often they put in the box mixed pieces of breasts and wings, which I do not like and that is why I do not order them.

What was most frustrating in this last time, on October 2, around 3pm, my online Order 13101748636286976 was again not only wrong, but the cook in the back yelled at me: it’s gonna be 20 minutes bro. I am not your bro!!
He spoke kindly and laughingly to the employee that made the mistake you mixed the orders… but to me he was rude and did not even apologize. He sent the manager to give me a refund, who also did not acknowledge my complaints. Simply with a cold, ignorant and condescending look on her face, without responding anything, simply processed my refund. Not a single apology!

This is extremely unprofessional, and that is how businesses start going down. I have posted this story on social media, unfortunately this is the only thing that corporations seem to fear nowadays instead of doing the right thing and treating the clients properly.

Suggested solution:

Train their employees to be professional, polite, accept their mistakes and improve. GET THE ORDERS RIGHT!
