My complaint:

I booked 2 flights today (flight booking reference 13474865529) as a Christmas present for my brother Victor Fenech and my Son Tyron Fenech. I chose your Travel Insurance approximately $20.00 per person to cover any unexpected flight changes or cancellations. I called your 51 8 8461 4719 and queried as to why final total paid by credit card was $734.29 when I thought per ticket was $328.38 x 2 $656.76 in total and Helmi from Egypt explained that the Insurance was $41.00 per person. I bring to your attention that when booking on your flight web site that it only showed approximately$20.00 per person and no currency that this was $20 U.S. and took thisx to be $20 Aussie. I felt your web site was miss guiding and now requesting that I only get charged for both Insurance flight in the names of Victor and Tyron to be only $20.50 each being a total of $41.00 and to return a credit into my credit card of $41.00 and for the Insurance to still cover both flight insurance costs as to what I understood to be only $41.00 for both flights from Sydney to Launceston and return from Launceston to Sydney.

Suggested solution:

I would be satisfied that you your Web site was mis leading and that I would like you to credit into my Mastercard $41.00 and that the remainder of the $41.00 would still have insurance cover for both flights from Sydeny to Launceston and return from Launceston to Sydney.
