My complaint:

I deeply regret to share my extremely disappointing experience with eDreams recently. Despite prior assurances and ation in our correspondence, I faced a highly inconvenient situation upon my arrival at the airport.

To my dismay, the ticket, which I was assured had been paid for by an eDreams sales person, was not settled as promised. This lapse in communication left me with no alternative but to pay for the ticket at the last minute, incurring unexpected expenses that have placed me in a difficult financial situation, particularly as a student.

An exorbitant payment of £2,200.00 that I had to make directly to KLM due to this oversight by eDreams. It is my sincere hope that.

Such an unexpected financial burden and lack of accountability is both inconvenient and unprofessional, especially considering the assurances provided during our prior communication and I have tried to call their number 0203 884 0783 and email james@e-dream.co.uk. I get no answers.

I trust that my concerns will be mate as soon as possible.

Suggested solution:

Get my money paid back.
