My complaint:

I had a flight from MEX – ORL and back on 16082022 return on 23082022
Before the flight, I contact customer service and request to change my flight.
I have received a ation on 21072021:
Dear customer
With regard to your booking reference 9738508495 with eDreams

The airline has authorised keeping the ticket(s) open for the amount you paid for your cancelled flight(s) as credit. When you are ready, you can reschedule your flight(s) for a future date.

Please get in touch with us by 20072022 for your travel dates ending before 1 YEAR. We will be happy to assist you. If the cost of the new ticket is higher than the original amount, you will be required to pay the difference of your flexible ticket(s).

In case you do not accept this option, and according to the fare rules of your ticket, a cancellation fee of 20072022 will be charged. Please note that an administration fee will also be charged for the cancellation. All cancellations must be made before the original scheduled date of departure.

We remain at your disposal should you require any further assistance.

After two ations they now don’t accept that. I have tried many times trough calls or platform and email to complain but with no response.

Suggested solution:

credit or refund the amount.
