My complaint:

I’ve booked a ticket from Algeria to London UK on 17/08/2023 so I had tow flights first one at 09:10 to Madrid and second one at 5:20 from Madrid to London UK but first flight had issue so it could not fly so they cancelled and we’ve been waiting for 10 hours to get another flight but again they cancelled the flight and was no information given and I’m disable person and I didn’t have my medication with me so I was with so mach pain and stress, so they took us to the nearest hotel but I could not sleep because we had no information about when we will flight next day, the next day the took us to airport in Algiers in the morning and we spent another 7 hours to get our flight so we got to Madrid at 20:30 and we spent the night in Madrid so I got to London Heathrow on 19/08/2023 I spent 3 days in the airport to get to London it was so so so bad experience

Suggested solution:

I was waiting for three days at the airport to get my destination, I should get refund
