eDreams complaint: EDreams website has misleading advertisements

My complaint:

Firstly, I encountered a discrepancy in baggage information promised by eDreams during the
flight booking process. Despite their website displaying a baggage allowance of 46kgs, the
itinerary provided after booking only showed 23kgs. Despite my efforts to rectify this with
eDreams, they refused to honor the initially stated baggage allowance. I have provided proof of
the information displayed on their website, but they insist on different documentation not
available on their site.
Furthermore, there is an additional charge from Emirates, which I did not authorize. It appears
that eDreams used my card on a different portal without my acknowledgment or approval. I have
attempted to resolve these matters directly with eDreams, but their response has been
unsatisfactory, citing airline policy, which, in this case, does not apply. I kindly request your
assistance in disputing these unauthorized charges and ensuring a fair resolution to this matter.
eDreams are very unprofessional in handling the issue. They are refusing to refund my money
though it is clearly their mistake. Hoping for resolution soon.
It is important to note that I did not use the ticket or avail any of their services. I have attempted
to resolve these matters with eDreams, but their response has been very unsatisfactory, citing
airline policy, which, in this, does not apply.
