Email from EA after raising a formal complaint a few days ago:

I received your formal complaint regarding your FIFA account compromise and wanted to reach out.
I know the issues can be frustrating. I’ll be your point of contact for this case.

 Reviewing your account, we found that we, sadly, cannot restore any lost content.  

 While I understand this is not the outcome you had hoped for, I wanted to ensure you had a link to the rules of FIFA to prevent further headaches.

Dear Adam

After being hacked 7 players sold, then after contacting the ‘help chat’ last weekend, I was told multiple times, NOTHING was the, matter. Then Tuesday my access to the companion app is removed due to ‘suspicious activity’ THEN the club progress is deleted completely. With no explanation, I just want my club players back. Nobody is communicating anything with me…. I NEED help from yourselves NOT THIS… There should be constant dialogue, a Frank informed discussion, communication is key a multi billion £$€ organisation that’s the biggest gaming franchise on the planet. The customer service practices are really disgustingly bad shame on you all for this. We expect a hell of a lot better from EA!!! PLEASE SORT IT OUT!!!

I haven’t breached any of EA’s rules, how dare they just delete everything without any word!!!

In the attached email received the other day they state:

‘We don’t think the suspicious activity is from unauthorized access to EA databases. We think it may be related to issues like phishing, using weak passwords, logging in from shared connections, or using the same password on multiple websites.

To unlock your account, reset your password using the URL link below, or select Forgot your password? next time you try to login to your account.’

This quite simply isn’t good enough Adam mate, I know yourselves CAN restore my content team. I just want my club players back?

I didn’t do anything to deserve this nowhere on that email was I informed that I had been found to have potentially broken any of the rules!

What’s more I reported this to yourselves 9 days ago or whatever, this isn’t right or good enough, you NEED to be doing A LOT better!

You can’t just delete something a users worked bloody hard to earn get! All those hours wasted of this is the case not exactly how I expect to be treated whatsoever!!!

I need a lot more of the details info reasons behind these decisions whoever seems to be making, or at the very least a few million coins so that I’m able to rebuild my Team!

Whoever gained access to my account sold; 

Owen 94 260K, Son 91 350K, Baggio 93 142K, Casemiro 92 90K, Lahm 92 102K, Moore 91 114K, Casillas 115K.

That’s: 1.173000 coins gone plus all the my consumables! 

My Team was rated 92, now is 69!

My transfer profit was something like 1.3 or 4 million before yourselves deleted it was just above: 900K! 

My Squad was top at like 119 or 120 then left down at 78.

Please help me get this sorted?

I am not 1 of these streamers, or traders who can afford for these types of things to happen, I am just little old me this is all I had!

It isn’t right or fair as you’ve now taken my untradeables I had earned via the SBC’s so now I have nothing all gone decimated it’s ruining it all for me!

I need to speak to the team behind these decisions, this is a huge mistake as I say you can’t just remove someone’s content without explanation.

From what I can tell is that EA ‘Customer Support’ if you can actually call them that are just there to waste everyone’s time talking utter rubbish they cant/won’t help. EA feel that they have all the power, we do all that they ask yet when we ask for their help they just fob us off with all their nonsense. They just decide to wipe all our progress without any word or explanation, we create all these pathetic pointless cases for them to just send us their numb general responses that mean absolutely nothing from their silly templates.

It’s no wonder that they are constantly voted the worst company in the world, they fleece gamers millions of us have no accountability for their own errors. They take days to respond, have no right to use abuse customers like this! the way that they’ve designed their support/ complaints process its impossible to actually raise anything get anywhere with them to actually find a resolution to the problems that we actually face.

Honest any help with this would be massively appreciated, as I know their latest response will be nothing to do with us again back to square 1 after 12 days now since I was hacked.

They have to take responsibility be held to account instead of constantly letting everybody down, loyal customers mean.zero to them!!!
