My complaint:
I am not violating any test requirements. I am writing my exam in accordance with Duolingo norms and regulations, yet they have invalidated it eight times already, despite the fact that I have evidence to the contrary. I am currently unable to give another attempt because my university’s deadline has passed, and I need my scorecard at all costs. The Duolingo have caused me a lot of detrimental effects, both academically and psychologically as well. Despite the fact that I have frequently aced the exam honestly, these individuals have accused me of violating the test’s guidelines, which has caused me a great deal of mental anguish. And this has really impaired me mentally.
