Dunkin Donuts complaint: General Issues over last 3 month

To Whom It may concern:

I pick up breakfast daily— as in every day of the year Dunkin donuts is open. I generally spend between $6-10 every day. Previous to the last month I’ve had issues with the store at

I’ve always taken advantage of your order ahead feature. And, obviously there’s been hiccups but they’ve been very few and far between. Recently, however, my food is never ready when I arrive (not even partially). There’s only one or two young gentlemen and a girl who are nice and professional. The girl is a thin young brunette and the gentleman is a tall African American who always calls me Ms. Susan. I want to be sure to single them out bc they are professionals and try their very best.

In any case, my food is never ready when I arrive (therefore I’m not sure why I even bothered with the order ahead feature). I’m not sure how, but the 2 wraps I ordered are generally cold and honestly none of that would really matter except the treatment I’ve been getting is just so disrespectful. In the 4 years I’ve been going there the manager has NEVER been so mean to make me cry (and this was in regard to a product they were out of and I didn’t know what I wanted to replace it). Today a woman I’d never seen before said Oh THAT’S the one referencing me in a tone that would make anyone feel 2 feet tall. A younger girl started laughing and told her how much she loved her for saying that. I had arrived and started picking up my order. She basically slapped my hand (an analogy of course) for taking my food.

But that’s just a small example of the big problems I’ve experienced. I wish I knew the names of the younger people who have been quite nice. And an older gentleman just started seems nice. I do not want to make trouble. But I’m made to feel like I’ve done something wrong ALL the time. I’ve just stopped asking for the replacement for the days before problem (egg on wraps…. I can’t eat, etc.).

I wouldn’t have written in had it not been the disrespectful woman say ooooooh that’s the one. The one what? Who comes in every day spends a lot of money and tries to avoid conflict unless absolutely necessary?

I spend approximately $50week and I’ve been having issues with the store for about 3 months (to be kind). That’s $600 for cold food, wrong orders, unfilled orders and poor attitude. And a manager who made me cry. There was only one person who was helpful today. I can’t remember feeling so humiliated and awful today and the last few months. It makes me want to switch to an entirely different store like Panera or Starbucks.
