on 9242020 I was at the drive thru white car in front with two girls at the speaker chatting with someone inside for over 8 minutes holding up the line – when she arrived at the window to pay kept talking for another 7 minutes finally received a drink – one drink – 15 minutes for one drink when I drove up to the window to receive what I had ordered I saw the guy who was attending to this girl. He could see I was irritated asked me, is there a problem I did not reply paid took my drinks and left. The two vehicles behind me tired of waiting to order and reversed and left, you lost that business because this guy doesn’t care about customer service. If the girl wanted to chat she could have gone inside!
I would like the employee to have more training and not to continue to make people wait - just because - that is what drive thru service is supposed to be about - not having to wait for chit chat!
