My complaint:
I placed an order online to be picked up at the Ann Hope Way Cumberland location. I have a ed receipt as well as ation on my credit card. When I arrived to pick up order through the drive-thru, I was told there was no order placed so I told them I would bring it up on my phone and go through the line again. Upon my turn at the window, I was rudely told by the so called Manager to get out of her line and stop backing it up that she had no order for me even though I tried to show her my receipt on my phone. She was the most ignorant individual I have encounter in quite some time. I would like to receive my money back on the order which I will be filing a claim with my credit card company as well as making sure that I state my review of this location as STAY WAY especially if the so called manager of a business is present!!!!!! Not the person I would want to run my business!!!!!
