My complaint:

A Complaint Against Duke Energy (Cincinnati, Ohio)

Dear Duke Energy President,

I have just received today your Electric and Gas bill, which indicates the absolute failure, inabilities, and lack of understanding of your customer service (C.S.) correspondence including your C.S. employees and their seniors who represent a complete back-age deterioration.

Ten days ago, I had made a phone call to make my monthly utilities’ payment as well as to start an AUTOMATIC PAYMENT out of my bank account in order to avoid that nonsense $1.5 extra-charge. Successfully, I was able to make ONLY a part of that bill using one of my cards for the amount of $175.00 ($173.5 for the bill your $1.5 nonsense extra-charge). Meanwhile, I had made the rest of that bill ($213.25) by AUTOMATIC PAYMENT I had established at that time out of my bank account.I had already provided your employee the routing number and my account. Despite these facts, I have just received today an absolutely VERY CONFUSING, DISTURBING and ASTONISHING Duke Energy (D.E.) BILL LETTER asking me to pay $603.10!!!???

Therefore, I decided to submit this serious complaint AGAINST Duke Energy customer service employees for their remarkable lack of serious training, experience, and their deficient understanding as well as uncomplicated BILL payment processing without causing any kind of troubles and unexpected baseless arguments! Again, I would appreciate it if I could establish an automatic payment out of my bank account (Routing number 042000013 account number 130128923609) at my monthly scheduled date (10th). Meanwhile, I am seriously looking forward to your full investigation of that case in order to apply the convenient disciplinary for your inadequate customer service proficiency and work deficient understanding.

Thanks in advance for taking care of my serious personal complaint, and I look forward to hearing back from you in this particular regard.

Suggested solution:

1- The REMOVAL of all nonsense extra charges ($1.5);
2- JUST DOING WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR such as the immediate submsiision of my bill automatic payment without any extra-charge too.
