My complaint:
I called to transfer my electricity to a new apartment. As a customer, I am MOVING and do not own an apartment. I have spoken to 5 agents who listened to the call. On the call, the agents ed I stated I wanted to TRANSFER my electricity to a new apartment. Not add. Not keep. There was no discussion or questions from the advocate as to keeping the electricity on in both apartments. A TRANSFER. I want my account credited from December 6-17 ASAP.
Suggested solution:
Remove charges from Dec 6-17 as I transferred my electricity to my new apartment.
Ideally, I would also like 3 hours of my valuable time paid back to me at my high hourly rate to compensate my time dealing with terrible, unbelievablly rude customer service (Atree is the exception) agents who know the company is in the wrong. I am truly shocked at how bad it is
