My complaint:
November 30th I put a request to withdraw funds and usually I get them almost immediately, Friday early morning on December 1 I get an email saying my account is now locked for security purposes. I sent them a picture of me with my ID. After I had to send a follow up email, they tell me they need PDFS of my bank statements and that I’ll have an update within 24-48 hours. It’s been well over 48 hours, the communication is extremely poor. You can’t speak to a live agent but they have no problem giving you an agent for a VIP trial to spend money on bets. I normally don’t post things like this but as a business owner it’s extremely unprofessional. Customer service is nonexistent. When they do respond, they never answer your actual question and it takes them half a day to respond.
Suggested solution:
Unlock my account so I can take my money out and be done with them.
