DoorDash complaint: Unfair deactivation

My complaint:

December 17 2022 i was deactivated, i was able to appeal but i never knew WHY I was deactivated, each time i try to reach out they give me false promises of fixing it or having someone call me within 24hrs with the with the real reason for my deactivation that is a quote from one of the many emails i have from them, i absolutely cannot get in touch with ANYONE that is allowed to know that info all support says is they can’t see that unfo but the deactivation team will get in touch with me, i have called countless times and emailed, i saved all the emails from them promising to get it resolved and i STILL don’t know what i did wrong

Suggested solution:

I would like for someone to simply tell me what i supposedly did wrong so that i may appeal properly, i feel like if i was deactivated they should know why and they should tell me that, i have a right to know what I'm accused of, i would like to be reactivated but at the VERY least just what did i do?
