DoorDash complaint: Rude customer service

My complaint:

Both my Son in Saint Louis myself in KC use DoorDash a lot and have over the last 3 years providing them with a lot of business. I bought him his wife dinner on his account and by mistake he continued to use my card. I had no idea so I initially thought my card was hacked. Once we figured out the mistake we told door dash and I approved the charges and my son paid me back the charges were never interrupted.The first man I spoke to acknowledged what great customers my kids were and assured us the problem was resolved. But after that issue every time my son ordered they put security freezes on his orders. We both spent over two hours trying to find out what their problem was only to get the rudest customer service ever. I will be encouraging everyone I know to stop using them.

Suggested solution:

They should hire better customer service agents. I loved the service but their customer service reps were nasty to both myself and my Son so we will never use them again and I will be spreading the word to use their competition. For giving them a lot of $ and business I was very disappointed.
