DoorDash complaint: Poor customer service and the app messed up

My complaint:

I am requesting a refund. Your app sent me food to the wrong addeess. I changed to address to my home address and it still reverted back to the previous one and sent the food there. I have chatted many times with customer service and they have been rude each time. I called twice and a manager was supposed to call me back within 24 hrs and they have not. It’s been over 24 hrs.

Even on my reorder I had to change my address twice as it kept reverting back to the previous one so I had to double check it to make sure it saved my address as the delivery address.

This is not my fault, I should be refunded and I have wasted hrs on getting any type of GOOD customer service.

I have also reported this to the BBB
