DoorDash complaint: Never received my food, was still charged

My complaint:

I’m suppose to be a VIP customer right.. I placed an order that literally cost 61.59. The driver delivered my food to the wrong apartment with picture and all. I contact the driver through the app and tell him he delivered my food to the wrong location. He apologized and assured me he’s going to return and bring my food to the right address. He never did. Door Dash calls me, apologized for the mistake and offers a full refund. I ask what happened to my food they tell me the driver didn’t have the correct address.. how ITS IN THE APP THAT I’VE ALWAYS USED! I check my email and DOOR DASH sends me a partial refund stating that I gave the driver the wrong address! Again, initially the driver went to the wrong location and actually took a picture at the wrong location! DD wanted me to verify my address in their app that I always use with no issue!! I’m going to harass them until I get my full damn refund. They literally kept almost half of my payment due to their driver’s mistake and tried blaming me! I already stopped payment through my financial institution and when I’m fully refunded I’m deleting their service altogether!
