DoorDash complaint: Door dash unprofessional and inconsiderate

My complaint:

I am a loyal consistent customer that’s supports food delivery businesses/transportation drivers I am a single mom saving for my vehicle so I use these services more specifically door dash at least 1 time a day sometimes as much as 3 times so tonight i placed a order for me and my daughter now before I go Into how the order was presented to me I will inform you that due to all the previous issues I have had receiving my orders I have to sign my signature when I receive my order from the Dasher because so many times either I never receive my order they just never show up or they leave it else were or they pick up my order without dropping the last order off and by the time it gets to me it’s ice cold and there excuse is they had a previous order to drop off first or whatever excuse even though I have a note on my account with delivery instructions saying call me when outside or etc so ok well tonight this Dasher hands me a open bag stickers torn and a drink tray with one cup hmm ok so I refused to sign my signature because aside from the torn bag that’s taped for safety reasons I was missing a whole other cup he and stated that was how he received the order and he drove off I open the bag I am missing half of both my meals chicken tenders for one and I had two single onion rings that was supposed to be a large serving I immediately contact door dash support and first I was on hold for 10 mins waiting on a live customer service representative instead of a virtual one once the representative gets on line he basically said there was nothing he could do and disconnected so I attempted again and they told me that I would have to wait for a higher up to contact me via email so when I received that email it said that unfortunately due to my account history they could not refund replace credit anything to my account so basically it was my fault that I received my food in the condition I did and that they’re dashers just help them selfs to people’s food or don’t check the order before they leave or don’t ensure the order gets to the customer correctly following simple instructions now this doesn’t happen every time but when it does I expect to get compensated for my money’s worth I don’t have money to waste nor do I have a vehicle so me and my daughter depend on this service and expect good customer service.

Suggested solution:

I will be satisfied when my complaint is taking seriously they should refund my money to my original payment method as soon as possible and should improve there service be more strict or involved with the dashers to ensure that the customers come first
