DoorDash complaint: Bad business

My complaint:

This is the 3rd time I have had bad business with doordash. If I had known Doordash was to deliver my order I would have found a different company or way to get my order. They have cost me over $300 in total by not canceling an order, which they assured me they would do and more…. Today I placed an order at Mooyahs for burgers and fries. The driver did not pick up the whole order. I text him to pick up the rest of the order because the manager said the Doordash delivers are always doing that…. He never picked up the rest of my order, again this time $60. This company doesn’t put your orders in their file if you don’t go directly through them, so they don’t register on their website. You can’t file a complaint with them because of that. I did get on the site for Doordash but was transferred twice by the first 2 people, Kamaljeet and Cyril Sera or Seva and then the 3rd wanted to argue with me, purely unprofessional by Manoj when I requested to talk with a manager! I want my money back for this order! $60.
