Dollarama complaint: Non Responsive, Contact System Totally Evasive, Inferior Quality of Products, In Store Customer Service Non Existent

My complaint:

1) Items are of inferior quality and are non refundable and NO Exchange even with the bill of sale
2) The contact form is long and convoluted. The files I attempted to send Dollarama Customer Service were continually not accepted as their computer system did not recognise the file form
2a) I attempted sending the picture of three items several times, then I got fed up
3) The telephone number provided online just keeps the consumer chasing their tail. NO ONE answers the call.
4) The items are $5.00 and below plus taxes. Dollarama purposely ignores the fact that the customer’s time, gas, money was spent…..and they come home empty handed.
5) The manager, another one out of the multitude of managers at the Embrun Location, asked me to leave the store when I attempted to challenge her on the Dollarama store policies
6) The social tea biscuits, all four rows, were burnt. The manager said they, Dollarama, is not responsible for the quality of the product!
