My complaint:
One of the employees proceeds to follow you around all the while chatting on her phone and giving a unpleasant expression to us. She’s also the same employee who will text at the register mid transaction and ignore the customer, spends countless time outside in her truck on smoke breaks, and has no desire to keep a friendly conversation or much of a conversation at ALL.
Suggested solution:
Find better mannered employees, or have her on suspension. As someone who used to work for DG and had a brother as a key holder for years, it's depressing to be treated so poorly and to hear the strings of complaints coming from members of our small community. Humility goes a long way, and so does respect for other people.
